Terms of Use

Zinance Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Imposter Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to use the app on any device you do not own or control.

Imposter Game offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing and subscription length are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

• Free Trial: Some subscriptions may include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not use the app in ways that are unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others.

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer the software, attempt to extract source code, collect data unlawfully, or use the app to harm others.

All content and materials in the app—including text, graphics, game design, and branding—are owned by Zinance Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinance Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the past 12 months.

If you request a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share limited purchase and usage information with Apple to help review the request. This may include duration of use, total spend and refunds, whether a free trial was included, whether content was fully used, and an anonymous identifier. You can control this sharing in the app's Settings.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Zinance Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc.
• Zinance Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for Imposter Game and its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection laws.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
